Welcome to Branchville!

Branchville, located on the southern tip of Orangeburg County, is home to the world's oldest railroad junction, built in 1828. The Raylrode Daze Festivul occurs each September to celebrate Branchville's history. The Town of Branchville was incorporated on Dec. 23, 1858.

Town Hall Events

  • Town Hall Closed Monday and Tuesday, December 24th and 25th for Christmas
  • Town Council Meeting: Monday, January 14th, 2019 @ 7 PM
  • Municipal Court: Tuesday, January 8th, 2019 @ 6pm

Seasonal Events

  • Spray park: Opens Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend
  • Farmers' Market: each Saturday during the summer. Located between the old freight depot and laundromat.
